But if you meet all the hardware requirements, then apply the settings on the software side to fix the problem. It offers a wide range of movies and TV shows, and many of them are available in 4K. However, it does allow for streaming on four devices a month instead of two. Now, if the video starts playing right away, your PC supports the HEVC extension, else you will see a pop-up error window.

Ask a new question. I just bought a new laptop and downloaded the netflix app but I can’t get 4k playback, just HD. I’ve listed the steps below I’ve taken to trouble shoot and my configuration too.
